UBQLN1 and lung adenocarcinoma: Interestingly, with partial loss of MYC, we were able to reverse the phenotype that we observed in lung adenocarcinoma cells following the loss of UBQLN1, including cell viability (Figure 5A), clonogenic potential (Figure 5B,C), and cell migration (Figure 6(Ai,Aii),(Bi,Bii)) associated with EMT.
