Most cells in all three compartments were found in cluster 1, which was most abundant in TDLN compared with PBMC and tumor, see Figure 4B. This cluster consists of CD3+, CD4+, PD-1int, and HLA-DRint cells, see Figure 4C. A second cluster also included CD4 T cells, cluster 6, but only made up below 10% of the total cell population, see Figure 4B. If one were to merge clusters 1 and 6, TDLN would still have the highest proportion of CD4 cells. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and neoplasm.
