ERBB2 and glioblastoma: Recent efforts have focused on Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) cell therapy, a type of engineered cell-based therapy that modifies T cells to target glioblastoma-specific antigens, such as interleukin 13 receptor alpha 2 (IL13Rα2), epidermal growth factor receptor variant III (EGRFvIII), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), and B7-H3 [17,18,19].
