The high-risk BRCA patients have higher infiltration levels of M0 macrophages, M2 macrophages, and activated dendritic cells, while low-risk BRCA patients have higher infiltration levels of naive B cells, plasma cells, CD8 T cells, activated memory CD4 T cells, T follicular helper cells, Tregs, M1 macrophages, resting dendritic cells, activated dendritic cells, and resting mast cells (Fig. 5H). Here, CD4 is linked to invasive breast carcinoma.
