Similar findings were also seen for comorbidity with hyperlipidemia (aHR: 0.80; 95% CI 0.77–0.84); chronic liver disease (aHR: 0.87; 95% CI 0.81–0.94); and concurrent medication with a statin (aHR: 0.80; 95% CI 0.77–0.84), biguanide (aHR: 0.75: 95% CI 0.71–0.80), thiazolidinedione (aHR: 0.92; 95% CI 0.86–0.98), and glucagon-like peptide-1 (aHR: 0.79; 95% CI 0.66–0.95). Here, GCG is linked to hyperlipidemia.
