Our results showed that MAGED2 knockout resulted in twofold increase of SARS-CoV-2 GFP/ΔN trVLP infection (percentage of GFP positive cells) compared with WT (non-targeting control) cells (Fig. 3B) and increased copies of viral genomic RNA and subgenomic RNA (Fig. 3C; Fig. S4A).
