Glycinamide ribonucleotide transformylase (GART) is identified to have a novel methyltransferase activity with an enzyme activity center at the E948 site, which prompts RUVBL1 K7 site methylation and inhibits ubiquitination degradation of RUVBL1 to promote colorectal cancer (CRC) stemness via activating the RUVBL1/β‐catenin axis. Here, RUVBL1 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
