These experiments confirmed that GART‐OE CD133+ cells generated tumors that were larger compared with those of the EV CD133+ cells, EV and GART‐OE CD133‐ cells; and the GART‐OE CD133‐ cells generated tumors that were larger than those of the EV CD133‐ cells, suggesting that GART could enhance the stemness of CRC (Figure 3J–M). This evidence concerns the gene PROM1 and colorectal carcinoma.
