The best diagnosis model used in AD versus CN included CSF‐A (CSF Aβ42/40), neuroimaging‐T (tau‐PET), and neuroimaging‐N (FDG–PET) with an accuracy of 1.000, followed by neuroimaging‐A (Aβ‐PET), Plasma‐T (plasma p‐tau181) and neuroimaging‐N (FDG–PET) with an accuracy of 0.966, and CAF‐A (CSF Aβ42/40), CSF‐T (CSF p‐tau181) and neuroimaging‐N (FDG–PET) showed a similarly high AUC 0.962 (Figure 5C).
