We investigated the associations between ATN biomarkers with cognitive function measures and found neuroimaging ATN biomarkers become more closely predictive of cognitive decline value than other ATN biomarkers, questioning the prognostic cost of CSF and plasma ATN biomarkers, especially the presence of pathological neuroimaging‐T (tau‐PET) and Neuroimaging‐N (FDG–PET) in the brain, which appeared to be a super biomarker with a higher r correlation index,43 which can be used to future cognitive prediction. The gene discussed is MAPT; the disease is Mental deterioration.
