CEACAM5 and neoplasm: In contrast, the AUC values of classical gynecologic tumor markers (CA125, CA19-9, carcinoembryonic antigen [CEA], and the combination of the three markers) in detecting EC were only 0.716 (95%CI, 0.578-0.841), 0.520 (95%CI, 0.371-0.660), 0.688 (95%CI, 0.548-0.801), and 0.797 (95%CI, 0.627-0.925), respectively, lower than the AUC obtained with the glycan panel (Figure 3, Supplementary Figure 6).
