Melanoma patients with coordinately high expression of the TNFSF13, CXCL10, and CXCL13 exhibited significantly higher infiltration by core TLS cell populations including naïve B cells, plasma cells, CD8+ T cells and M1 macrophages, while melanomas deficient in TNFSF13/CXCL10/CXCL13 transcripts were enriched in M2 macrophages and mast cells (Figure 4C). Here, CXCL13 is linked to melanoma.
