When we dissected the data on osteosarcomas, chondrosarcomas, and leiomyosarcomas, we found no significant differences between these 3 sarcoma types in CD91 expression (Figure 4D) or PSC score (Figure 4E), indicating that although CD91 and T cell responses are both necessary for tumor-specific immunity, frequency and numbers do not appear to be leading factors in determining differences in immune responses to neo-epitopes expressed by these sarcomas (Figure 4E).
