CRP and systemic inflammatory response syndrome: Leukocyte count showedan increase between the group that experienced SIRS and those who were not (MD 0.69, 95%confidence interval [CI] 0.48 to 0.91, p < 0.00001).Similar result was also found in other analysis, CRP (MD 3.30, 95% [CI] 2.33 to 4.26,p < 0.00001), NLR (MD 0.59, 95% [CI] 0.48 to 0.69,p < 0.00001), and PLR (MD 23.40, 95% [CI] 17.98 to28.82, p < 0.00001).
