The spatial positioning of MLL (mixed-lineage-leukemia or myeloid-lymophoid-leukemia, now renamed as KMT2A) (Britten et al. 2019; Ziemin-van der Poel et al. 1991; Zotova et al. 2021) and MLL-related genes, including AF4, AF6, AF9, ENL, and ELL (the most common translocating partner of MLL), can be the possible contributing factors of human leukemias. The gene discussed is MLLT1; the disease is leukemia.
