For ERRFI1, RTN4, PHF7, SPRY4, CCND2, and RPL19, H3K36me3 and H3K79me2 enriched higher signals in normal cell lines than that in cancer cells, and the signals of H3K79me2 changed more significantly than H3K36me3 during tumorigenesis. This evidence concerns the gene SPRY4 and cancer.
