Interestingly, in JAK2 wild type (WT) HL-60 AML cell line, ruxolitinib modified neither P-STAT5 level, nor conversion of LC3B-I into LC3B-II (Fig. 1E) or the number of autophagosomes (Fig. 1F), indicating that for ruxolitinib to have an effect on autophagy requires JAK2 inhibition.
