The highest mutation frequency of the high-risk group was TP53(40%), and the highest mutation frequency of the low-risk group was PIK3CA(42%) [35–39], it also included an increase in the frequency of other mutated genes, such as TTN,CDH1,GATA3, etc. These mutated genes may be involved in the development of breast cancer, and they are promising to be new targets for BrCa treatment in the future. This evidence concerns the gene GATA3 and breast carcinoma.
