TET1 and pulmonary fibrosis: Zhou et al. proposed using iPSC-based exosomes as a latent tool for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis (Fig. 3E); these exosomes were shown to increase the miR-302a-3p level and silence TET1 and miR-302a-3p activity, which then helps to express the iPSC-based exosomes and mitigate pulmonary fibrosis [97].
