Figure 6A showed immune infiltration in ischemic stroke patients. Neutrophils cells accounted for more of them. As shown in Figure 6B, the infiltration levels of plasma cells and dendritic cells activated were different between the high-MRPS12 expression group and low-MRPS12 expression group. Then in the correlation analysis, as shown in Figure 6C–6G, we found that the immune cells positively associated with MRPS12 included NK cells resting, T cells CD4 native and T cells follicular helper. Here, MRPS12 is linked to ischemic stroke.
