High expression levels of YBX3 in ccRCC were associated with more advanced stages, poor prognosis, and a higher proportion of male patients (Sun et al. 2022) have indicated that YBX3 was highly expressed in cholangiocarcinoma, colon carcinoma, renal clear cell carcinoma, renal papillary cell carcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, and thyroid carcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene YBX3 and colon carcinoma.
