TNF and rheumatoid arthritis: In a study using the Australian Rheumatology Association Database, which included patients with RA, PsA, and AS, the use of TNF inhibitors was associated with a reduced risk of CV events (HR 0.85 [95% CI 0.76–0.95]) and there was no difference between RA patients (the largest group) and AS patients (HR 1.14 [95% CI 0.96–1.36]).
