Strong evidences indicates that abnormalities of CR1, APOC1, APOC2, LACTB, and ABCA7 were closely related to AD (Figures 2B, C; Karch and Goate, 2015; Shao et al., 2018; De Roeck et al., 2019; Kulminski et al., 2022; Yu et al., 2022). The gene discussed is CR1; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
