HCT116 tumor cells exposed to 20 MBq/mL [64Cu]CuCl2 for 24 h showed overexpression of some genes involved in cell death by apoptosis (TNFRSF10A, TNFRSF10B, and BBC3), necrosis/necroptosis (GRB2 and TNFRSF10A) and autophagy (ULK1), as shown in Figure 9A. The gene discussed is TNFRSF10B; the disease is neoplasm.
