In acute myeloid leukemia, the TRAF2–cFLIP–NF-κB signaling axis regulates T-cell antitumor immune responses and maintains AML progression [37].In the present study, we found that TRAF2 silencing reduced macrophage polarization towards M2-type, and these findings are consistent with the tumorigenic phenotype of TRAF2 in ccRCC. This evidence concerns the gene TRAF2 and acute myeloid leukemia.
