ANO1 and neoplasm: In typical cases, SC is a circumscribed unencapsulated proliferation of lobules separated by fibrous septa, composed of tumor cells with only mild atypia and low-grade nuclear features, growing in solid-microcystic, solid, tubular, follicular, or papillary-cystic patterns, with bluish PASd-positive luminal secretions and low mitotic activity, positive for S100 and mammaglobin while being negative for DOG1 (except for occasional minor staining), p40, and p63 on immunohistochemical examination [11].
