As shown in Fig. 1A, the expression of CYP4F12 mRNA was lower in almost all tumor tissues than in their matched, especially in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), HNSC, kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). The gene discussed is CYP4F12; the disease is thyroid gland carcinoma.
