Given that the high-frequency pulses of GnRH have been shown to upregulate AMHRII in the pituitary LβT2, studies should explore whether GnRHa can upregulate AMHRII expression on the ovary to protect ovarian reserve during chemotherapy or whether GnRHa can upregulate AMHRII expression on the surface of breast cancer cells, thereby increasing apoptosis of breast cancer cells and delaying disease progression. Here, GNRH1 is linked to breast cancer.
