CEACAM5 and colorectal carcinoma: After adjusting for confounding factors, advanced age (HR=1.013, 95%CI=1.005–1.021, p=0.001), low creatinine/cystatin C ratio (HR=1.410, 95%CI=1.087–1.829, p=0.010), advanced T stage (HR=1.578, 95%CI=1.175–2.120, p=0.002), advanced N stage (p<0.001), advanced M stage (HR=3.879, 95%CI=3.001–5.013, p<0.001) and high CEA (HR=1.333, 95%CI=1.084–1.641, p=0.007) were independently associated with poor OS in CRC patients (Table 4).
