The different gating strategies for determining the Ki-67 and Bcl-2 positive fractions were then compared in terms of sensitivity and specificity for detection of these parameters in MDS and AML patients as compared to non-malignant cases as shown in graphic form in Figs. 3 and 4, while the underlying data of these figures is displayed in tabular form in Supplemental Data File 1.
