The top 10 KEGG signaling pathways related to UTIs were constructed based on a p-value <0.01, a minimum count of three, and an enrichment factor of >1.5, in the descending order of the enrichment factors (Figure 7), which are primarily associated with EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance (hsa01521), endocrine resistance (hsa01522), pancreatic cancer (hsa05212), prostate cancer (hsa05215), the HIF-1 signaling pathway (hsa04066) (Lin et al., 2015), and proteoglycans in cancer (hsa05205). This evidence concerns the gene HIF1A and prostate cancer.
