AKT1 and urinary bladder cancer: In order to further determine the biological processes involving in the m5C patterns, functional enrichment analyses screened a total of top 30 pathways including transcriptional dysregulation in cancer, bladder cancer, chemokine signalling pathway, cellular sense, cell adhesion molecules, ECM−receptor interaction, NF‐kappa B signalling pathway, Th17 cell differentiation, PI3K‐Akt signalling pathway and IL‐17 signalling.
