WNK2 and Sepsis: HIF-1α, AGEs, AKT Serine/Threonine Kinase 1 (AKT), VEGF, Guanosine 3′,5′-cyclic monophosphate-Protein Kinase CGMP-Dependent 1 (cGMP-PKG/PRKG1), TLR, Nf-KB, mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), mechanistic target of rapamycin kinase (mTOR), and TNF signaling pathways were associated with sepsis development among the significantly enriched KEGG pathways.
