In this study, seven single factors including peripheral neurological deficit, change in consciousness, hydrocephalus, NLR, albumin, age, and seizures were included in a multiple logistic regression analysis, and it was found that the NLR is an independent risk factor for 28-day mortality (OR = 1.065, 95% CI = 1.001–1.133, P = 0.045). This evidence concerns the gene ALB and Hydrocephalus.
