We additionally evaluated the frequency of copy number alteration across several genes that have been shown to be associated with prostate cancer (PTEN, TP53, CHD1, MAP3K7, FOXA1, NXK3.1, USP10, SPOP2,4,9,58–64), along with the TMPRSS2:ERG fusion2,65.
