CXCL10 and breast carcinoma: CXCL10, which was secreted at high levels in our in vitro cultured CD169+ Mo-M, has previously been correlated with infiltration of both CD8+ and FOXP3+ TILs, as well as PDL1+ immune cells in breast cancer (61), but also with cell proliferation, migration and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of breast cancer cell lines.
