Godwin (81) and Zhang et al. (18) have found that miR-199a-3p is negatively associated with albuminuria in DN patients and that miR-199a-3p can inhibit high glucose-induced inflammation and apoptosis by regulating IKKβ/NF-κB signaling pathway in renal tubular epithelial cells. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and liver dysplastic nodule.
