AKT has an extremely important position in the PI3K/AKT pathway (241).Several studies found that miR-183-5p, miR-532-3p, miR-133b, miR-520c-3p and miR-485-5p were overexpressed in osteosarcoma, and overexpression would directly affect the formation of AKT leading to abnormal PI3K/AKT pathway, and the proliferation, migration, cell viability, and apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells would be affected (164, 179, 186, 195, 211). This evidence concerns the gene PIK3CB and osteosarcoma.
