This shows that ZA enhances the antitumor effects of cisplatin in osteosarcoma through the PI3K/AKT pathway and reduces chemoresistance and osteoclast activation (Figure 4D), and this study raises the possibility of using ZA in combination with cisplatin as a new strategy representing the fight against osteosarcoma (65).
