Patients with a higher proportion of CD45RA-CD4 + T cells (≥ 30%) showed longer PFS times in the subsets with tumor PD-L1 TPS of ≥ 50% (median, not reached vs. 15.8 months, p = 0.167, log-rank test) and < 50% (median, 6.2 months vs. 1.5 months, p = 0.001, log-rank test), respectively (Fig. 3).
