WNK1 and liver dysplastic nodule: Wilson et al. compared 23,980 monocyte transcriptomes generated from three patients with early DN and three controls, and found that the thick ascending limb (TAL), late distal curved tubules, and principal cells all had gene expression features, including changes in the expression of Na + / K + -ATP enzyme (A. NKA), WNK lysine-deficient protein kinase 1 (WNK1), halocorticoid receptor and NEDD4L, which together promoted potassium secretion while reducing intercellular calcium and magnesium reabsorption.
