The study herein examined the effects of cholesterol depletion, inhibition, and disruption by MβCD, Simva, and SMase treatments on cell adhesion and rolling of four different NSCLC cell lines (H1299, H23, H460, and A549) and an SCLC cell line (SHP-77) under simulated hemodynamic shear stress in an E-selectin-coated parallel-plate flow chamber.
