In the above study, ATT was shown to have the capacity to manage rheumatoid arthritis by inhibiting proliferation, migration, and invasion, as well as inducing apoptosis of rheumatoid arthritis-fibroblast-like synoviocytes through regulating METTL3/ICAM2/PI3K/AKT/p300 signaling pathway (Chen et al., 2022). Here, AKT1 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
