CTLA4 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: <h4>Introduction</h4>Recent clinical trials have confirmed that anti-programmed cell death-1/ligand 1 (anti-PD-1/L1) combined with either anti-cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (anti-CTLA-4) or anti-T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT) antibodies (dual immunotherapy) produced significant benefits as first-line therapies for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
