As for Dot1l expression in disease condition, it was shown to potentially contribute to the development of multiple cancers including leukemia (Okada et al., 2005; Bernt et al., 2011), breast cancer (Cho et al., 2015; Nassa et al., 2019), ovarian cancer (Zhang et al., 2017), prostate cancer (Vatapalli et al., 2020), and other cancers (Jacinto et al., 2009; Campbell et al., 2016; Zhu et al., 2018; Liu et al., 2020).
