JAK2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Xu et al. (2021) indicated that suppressing the JAK2/STAT3/SOCS3 pathway can ameliorate liver fibrosis and inflammatory response. Attia et al. (2021) demonstrated that the central role of the SOCS3/JAK2/STAT3 pathway in the development and progression of NASH to hepatocellular carcinoma. However, it has not been reported whether Lp-PLA2 regulates inflammation and autophagy in NASH via the JAK2/STAT3 pathway.
