The results indicated that the module (including CLEC4A, COTL1, EVI2B, FCER1G, GAPT, HCST, NCF2, PILRA, TLR8, and TYROBP) had the highest correlation with AF (ρ = 0.48, p = 5 × 10−5) (Figure 4). Here, CLEC4A is linked to atrial fibrillation.
