TXNIP and prostate cancer: The enriched genes included CD4 in cervical cancer, VPS52, NUP62, CRYGD, IL34, GATA3 in prostate cancer and F11, TXNIP, KIT, ASGR2, SERPINF1 in liver cancer (Supplementary Figure S4), which also provide insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer progression and the potential impact on patient survival.
