Conflicting results have been reported on the prognostic effect of TNFRSF14 on cancer patients; increased expression of TNFRSF14 was correlated with worse OS in chronic lymphocytic leukemia and clear cell renal cell carcinoma45,47, whereas the opposite correlation was observed in breast cancer and bladder cancer48,49. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF14 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
