Of these, TIAM2, LURAP1L, ZNF574 and KRCC1 were upregulated in PC and positively correlated with NSUN2 (Fig. 6B, C, Fig. S4A, B), but only TIAM2 had a statistically significant impact on both OS and relapse-free survival (RFS) in PC patients (Fig. S5A, B). The gene discussed is NSUN2; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
