According to the topological attribute analysis of PPI network, GAPDH, EGFR, ESR1, HRAS, SRC, CCND1, HIF1A, ERBB2 and MTOR were the protein nodes with high degree and could be considered as the core-targets of the anti-hepatoma activity of D. chrysotoxum (Fig. 5B). Here, MTOR is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
