PTEN and POLE alterations are good prognostic factors of early-stage endometrial cancer; MSI, CTNNB1, and K-RAS alterations are fair prognostic factors, but are associated with a higher risk of recurrence; and PIK3CA, HER2, ARID1A, P53, L1CAM, and FGFR2 are poor prognostic factors [25].
