CD4 and cancer: As seen in Fig. 5E, according to the xCELL database, patients with higher risk scores had lower abundance levels of B cell, naïve CD4 T cell, CD8 T cell, central memory CD8 T cell, class-switched memory B cell, common lymphoid progenitor, myeloid dendritic cell, endothelial cell, cancer-associated fibroblast, hematopoietic stem cell, macrophage, macrophage M1, macrophage M2, memory B cell, monocyte, NK T cell, Th1 CD4 T cell, and activated myeloid dendritic cell when compared with patients with lower risk scores.
